Based on key ring designs that were used for advertising in the 1890s, Candy Design & Works' Dolphy ring is made of brass that will develop a patina with use. Their logo is stamped into the brass as a design element.

This key ring is purposely designed without an anti-corrosive finish, in order to allow the brass to develop a patina. Each key ring is shipped in a plastic sleeve, however it's possible some oxidation may have already occurred by the time you've received it. This is a natural characteristic of the product and does not affect its performance. We think this patina enhances the appearance of the key ring over time.
