Rose Harissa

Widely used and beloved throughout the Middle East, Harissa is a North African spice and condiment that is particularly popular in Tunisia for vegetables, meat, eggs and breads.

Curio's harissa blend has a mild-medium heat tempered by sweet rose petals sourced from a women’s co-op in Morocco. Often found as an easy to make paste, this aromatic blend also shines as a zesty dry rub, bringing savory, spicy, and complex flavors to any dish.

Ingredients:  chilies, maras chile (chile flakes, sunflower oil, salt), cumin, coriander, caraway, rose buds, grains of paradise, garlic, sea salt
