Use:

• For the body:  Make sure skin is clean and slightly damp for better absorption. Apply a few drops of oil to your palms, and use circular motions to rub oil into areas of dry skin, such as elbows, knees, and cuticles.
• For hair and beard:  Make sure hair is clean and slightly damp for better absorption. Apply a few drops of oil to your palms, and massage it gently into your scalp or beard, making sure to reach the skin underneath. For hair, leave it on for 30–60 minutes—or overnight for deep conditioning—then wash out with a mild shampoo. Use 2–3 times a week for hair and every 1-2 days for beard.
