Specifications:

Use:  

  • Place tea of choice inside the teapot and add boiling water. Secure lid.
  • Place the tea light on the included steel tray and light it. Carefully place the teapot over the lit candle, resting the teapot on the tray. 
  • Extinguish flame once teapot is empty.

Take care when pouring tea to lift the teapot up and away from the base. Be mindful of long or loose clothing like scarves or sleeves when flame is exposed. Keep out of reach of children.

Care:  While borosilicate glass and stainless steel are technically dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing your teapot and its parts.

Mineral deposits from hard water can usually be removed by pouring a little vinegar into the glass teapot along with some warm water and allowing it to sit. Empty the teapot and scrub or wipe the inside, then rinse with warm water. The mineral deposits should be alleviated.
