Use:  Lather over wet hair (or body!); rinse, live, repeat. Take care to avoid eyes. If contact occurs, rinse with water.

This soap contains no additives, so it may not rinse well in hard water. If your hair is sticky or oily after a few days of use, this is a sign of hard water. Meow Meow Tweet recommends making a DIY citric acid rinse for your hair (1 teaspoon to one cup of water) once per week to demineralize if you do have hard water.
