Meet Wonderfoam's new and improved look!  Wonderfoam is the easy way to add foam and texture to your drinks without the hassle of using egg whites. This means it's quicker, easier, and more economical than ever to create textural cocktails—each bottle of Wonderfoam can foam up to 650 drinks.

It performs well in varying levels of acidity and temperature, producing a thick, textural foam with a fine head, opening up myriad opportunities for creativity. It can also be used in iced coffee beverages to add volume and froth. 

Wonderfoam is crafted from the bark of the Quillaja saponaria tree, which is wild-harvested according to strict quotas, with each lot approved by CONAF and overseen by the Chilean Ministry of Agriculture. The raw bark is then locally processed using water extraction to naturally create Wonderfoam.
