Go-To Cocktail
Adapted from The Essential Cocktail Book
2 oz gin
0.5 oz St-Germain
0.75 lime juice
0.5 oz of cucumber syrup
8-10 mint leaves
ginger beer, to top
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake briefly. Strain over ice into a highball glass. Garnish with mint sprig and cucumber wheels.
