One part Jinotega coffee beans + one part “Naturally Neighbors” beans = one versatile blend. The adventurous notes of the naturally processed beans fuse with the clean and crisp notes of the washed ones, creating a balanced cup profile where all of the flavors play well together. You might encounter subtle apple, peach, and vanilla notes, followed by a rich and creamy finish.
São Sebastião Light Roast Coffee - Roast Level: Light - Medium - Grown in Brazil
This coffee’s sweetness is reminiscent of butterscotch candy, like Werther’s Original. Among a variety of fruity flavors, raspberry is the prominent note. Its subtle hazelnuttiness makes for a well-rounded, mellow coffee – not overly acidic, but rather approachable and very delicious.
Sblendid Medium Roast Coffee - Roast Level: Medium - Grown in Nicaragua and Guatemala
This medium roast blend features seasonally rotating coffees meant to bring balanced chocolate notes along with mild fruit flavors. Expect a splendidly sweet and easy cup to drink any way you brew it! The current blend includes two washed Central American coffees with hints of vanilla, cherry, and dark chocolate.
