Directions: Mix 1 oz. mixer with 1-3 oz. spirit. Add ice and shake or stir. Garnish and top with carbonated water (if desired).

.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Lime Peel Garnish
In a cocktail shaker with ice combine first three ingredients and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe. Twist lime peel over glass to express oils and drop in drink.
