Luxuriate in the satisfaction of getting to all those hard-to-reach places in the shower or bath with this German-made, long-handled bath brush by Redecker.
Made with beechwood and stiff natural horsehair bristles, this brush offers a more sustainable alternative to conventional plastic alternatives, and it will look beautiful hanging by the shower or tub.
The head of the brush is removable from the handle, adding dual-functionality to this beautiful bath tool. A woven cotton strap slides over the hand when you're using the brush without the handle, meaning it wont slip and slide while you're soaping up! And a cotton cord loop on the end of the handle allows the brush to hang for easy storage, ensuring it's always within reach. This also allows the brush to dry between uses, an essential feature for ensuring the longevity of any wooden bath brush.
Materials: beechwood, horsehair, cotton
Made by: Bürstenhaus Redecker
Made in: Germany
Specifications: 18" x 3" x 2"
Care: Give your brush a good rinse with water after use and shake it to remove excess moisture. Use the cotton cord to hang your brush up and away from water or excess humidity, allowing it to dry between uses. Never leave a wooden brush to sit in standing water or soak in a tub.
Hard water may cause black spots to form on the wood. This is often mistaken for mold, but is a sign of oxidation and is harmless to the wood.
Over time, wooden brushes may split with use. This is to be expected and we usually just pluck out any loose bristles and proceed to use the brush for as long as we can.
Eventually, all wooden brushes will need to be replaced, and we can do so with the satisfaction of knowing they will break down in the landfill much faster than their plastic cousins!
