Use: The liquid contained in the dipper transfers the warmth of the hand, useful when scooping hard-frozen ice cream. The longer you hold the scoop, the warmer the liquid will become, and scooping should be progressively easier.
Care: Wash by hand and air or towel dry. Do not heat the scoop over 140°F. The surface deteriorates if the scoop is kept in water for a long period of time. Not dishwasher safe.
