Stockel’s 2” scoop is a generously-sized portioning tool for serving rice and mashed potatoes or for sizing burger patties or large cookies. Made of chrome-plated stainless steel, this tool is designed for professional use and is built to last.
We had originally envisioned using this to serve up nice big scoops of ice cream, but found that it's better suited to other uses. The long handle and wide grasp make it a little difficult to obtain the leverage needed to dig into very cold ice creams and sorbets. We recommend Stöckel’s Model A Ice Cream Scoop for that use.
