Use: For wet exfoliation, bring the mitt into the bath or shower and wet it thoroughly. Use with or without soap. Rub in small circles, moving toward the heart. To dry brush, use a dry mitt in long sweeping strokes on the arms and legs keeping the direction of the stroke towards the heart.
Care: Rinse thoroughly with warm water after use, squeeze out excess water, hang to air dry.
