Atlantic Canadian Lobster

Scout lobster is MSC-certified, wild-caught, and harvested off the shores of Prince Edward Island, Canada. A sweet and salty taste of the North Atlantic ocean in a tin.

Claw and knuckle meat is preserved in two recipes: either a bright, lemon-infused, olive oil from Spain for a fresh and delicious eating experience, or prepared in butter with a touch of sunflower oil and salt for a more traditional experience.
