Thiers, France, has been regarded as the capital of the cutlery industry for over 6 centuries. In the 1990’s, cutlers from Thiers came together to form a brotherhood and establish standards that mark an official Le Thiers® knife, which you can read abouthere.
Goyon-Chazeau’s Le Thiers® pocket knife has a horn handle, a Sandvik 12C27 hardened stainless steel blade, and a decorative entablature that features the “Château du Pirou” hallmark, an emblematic nod to the oldest monument in Thiers. It comes with a leather sheath that also features the Thiers brand.
