Gemini Espresso Maker

The Gemini is a small stovetop espresso maker that delivers two perfect cups of espresso at once. Made of sturdy aluminum, it's available in two variations: the classic version for gas and electric ranges or a unit made specifically for induction.

Gemini espresso makers have been used in Italy for years. The effective but compact design is a space saver in the kitchen and eliminates the need for larger electric espresso makers.

Please note: the color difference between the green classic and green induction models as shown in our photos is intentional: the Classic Gemini Espresso Maker has a darker green, matte finish, while the Induction version is a lighter green with slightly more sheen. The color does not affect the performance of the product.

Materials: food-grade aluminum

Made by: Gemini

Made in: Italy

Specifications:6.5" h x 5" w x 3.5" d

Use: Before using the espresso maker, it should be carefully washed without any detergents - use baking soda or vinegar diluted in water instead. In order to prime the espresso maker, we recommend discarding the first cups of coffee. If using a gas stove, keep a low flame to obtain a creamy coffee.

To make 2 cups, fill the reservoir with water up to the second level, as indicated on the diagram. Fill the funnel with ground coffee. Level it, but don't press it down.

Firmly attach the top and place the unit on the stovetop on a burner set to low. Place two espresso cups on the tray. The Gemini will brew two cups of espresso at once.

To make 1 cup, fill the reservoir with water up to the first level, as indicated on the diagram. Place the reducer filter into the funnel and fill with ground coffee. Level it, but don't press it down.

Firmly attach the top and place the unit on the stovetop on a burner set to low. Place a cup in the center of the tray, ensuring that it is underneath both output holes. The Gemini will brew one cup's worth of espresso.

If you prefer a less strong cup of espresso, we recommend filling the water to the second level, but then using the reducer filter so there's less coffee.
