Tupelo Honey

Savannah Bee Company

A mellow, clean finishing honey with buttery undertones, harvested from the nectar of the White Tupelo Tree flower. Blossoming in the swamps of Southern Georgia and Florida for two weeks, every Spring, the crop of the globe-shaped flower is often affectionately referred to as "Swamp Honey". Don't let the name fool you though, this honey is so smooth and fresh tasting that you can eat it by the spoonful. Pairs perfectly with cheese, crackers, and rustic breads.
