8 oz spaghetti or rice noodles ½ cup Spicy Thai Peanut Butter 2 Tbsp soy sauce 2 tsp brown sugar 5-6 Tbsp warm water(as thin or thick as you like) Optional: vegetables(sliced bell pepper, carrots, or scallions), protein (shredded chicken, thinly sliced beef, or baked tofu).
Whisk ingredients in bowl until combined. Pour sauce onto cold or warm noodles and any extra vegetable or proteins you want to add. Toss together until evenly coated. Dig in and enjoy!
