Mackinaw Wool Cruiser Jacket

Patented in 1914, this historic cruiser coat is crafted from 100% virgin wool to provide a soft, comfortable jacket that naturally resists rain and insulates the body in some of the coldest conditions. Sewn with military-grade melamine buttons for added, genuine durability, and nine pockets to assist the outdoorsman with storing accessories and tools of all kinds.

Filson Mfg. Co. opened in 1897, crafting quality and durable clothing for outdoorsmen during the Yukon Gold Rush. After 120 years, still in business and manufacturing some of the same garment pieces they did over a century ago, Filson continues to be at the forefront of outdoor outfitters.

"The goods we quote must not be confounded with the cheap and vastly inferior grade with which the market is over-run. Such goods are not only useless for the purpose for which they are intended, but the person wearing them would be better off without them."

-- Clinton C. Filson, 1914
