"Our Small Batch Grenadine is our second product, and after a year of finalizing, it is no less a labor of love.

We start with pomegranate juice from a small family farm in Madera, CA; they juice their fruit whole in a patented press that renders a matchless, robust pomegranate juice. To that we add cane sugar and orange flower water, and apply enough heat to dissolve the sugar while still maintaining the inherent zip of the fresh juice.

Jack Rudy Small Batch Grenadine is rich and full-flavored up front, and then gives way to a bright, almost tropical finish that lifts a drinks profile; use it to create new cocktails, or to revisit classic drinks like a Ward 8, Jack Rose, El Presidente, or Monkey Gland." -Jack Rudy Cocktail Co.

In a shaker tin without ice combine:

1.50 ounces Plymouth Gin
.50 ounces Laird’s Apple Brandy
.75 ounces Fresh Lemon Juice
.75 ounces Simple Syrup
.25 ounces Jack Rudy Grenadine

Dry shake all ingredients vigorously, and then add ice and shake again
Strain into a rocks glass with 1 large ice cube
Garnish with 3 Jack Rudy Bourbon Cherries on a cocktail pick

Red Rye Punch

2 Cups Rye Whiskey
1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
1 cup Jack Rudy Grenadine
0.5 cup Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
5-6 drops of Jack Rudy Aromatic Bitters

Stir and chill until cold, around 3 hours
Add large ice cubes roughly 30 minutes prior to serving
Add 12 ounces of Club Soda and 1 hand-full of cloves just before serving
Serve with ice in an old-fashioned glass or rocks glass
