Hot & Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients matter! Bachan's Hot & Spicy Japanese Barbecue Sauce uses soy sauce brewed in Japan with traditional methods, real Mirin, and fresh organic green onion, garlic, and ginger (no powders here!) Like their Original Japanese Barbecue Sauce, this sauce has the sweet rich flavor of teriyaki with the body of a BBQ sauce or glaze and the added kick of fresh jalapeño!

Formulated to be shelf stable without the use of preservatives, Bachan's is never watered down. Their cold-filled bottling method means no flavor is lost during pasteurization. 

Use it on grilled proteins and vegetables, in a stir-fry, or as a dipping sauce. You can even find a recipe for a snack mix and Bloody Mary in Bachan's collection of recipes
