Drinking Chocolate- 72% Belize

A rich and velvety European style drinking chocolate, handcrafted using ethically sourced cacao beans from the Maya Mountain Co-op in Belize.  Dick Taylor's drinking chocolate has tasting notes of dried plum, tart cherry and jasmine. It's hot cocoa... elevated.

Specifications:8 oz.

Directions:

• Heat 1/2 cup milk in a small saucepan until steaming (not yet boiling).
• Add 1/4 cup drinking chocolate and whisk vigorously over low heat until all chocolate is completely melted.
• Pour into espresso mug, sip and enjoy.

For a lighter version use water: for decadence, use cream.
*Also exceptional in chilies, desserts, mochas, on ice cream, etc.
