Caserecce d'Ortica (Wild Nettle) Pasta

Pastaio via Corta pasta is made on Massachusetts' North Shore, in the seaside town of Gloucester. Made with sustainably grown non-GMO organic wheat sourced from farmers and mills in the Northeast, it's handcrafted using a traditional method that includes bronze die extrusion and slow air drying over a 36-hour period. The result is a pasta with flavor and texture that far exceeds that of commercial boxed pastas, with all the added benefits of whole grains.
