The A6 "Day-Free" is a compact and versatile monthly and notebook planner designed for flexibility and ease of use. It shares the same dimensions as the original Hobonichi Techo, allowing you to use the same covers, but is about half as thick, making it much more portable.
The monthly calendar spans from December 2024 to March 2026, featuring a thin grid layout that makes it easy to jot down plans and notes. Although there is no April-start version, the calendar runs seamlessly into the following year, ensuring you can stay organized without interruption.
The grid notebook section includes 171 pages of 3.7mm grid paper, each page numbered for convenience. This open-dated format allows you to write as much or as little as you need, whenever you like. Whether you're journaling, sketching, creating diagrams, or saving keepsakes like tickets and doodles, the grid notebook adapts to your needs. Adding a unique touch, each page features a carefully selected quote from the "Hobonichi Itoi Shimbun," turning the notebook into something to enjoy reading as well as writing in.
Crafted with thread-sewn binding, the planner opens completely flat, making it easy to write without holding the pages down. The paper, made from the renewed Tomoe River material for 2024, is thin, lightweight, and durable. It resists bleed-through and has a smoother surface thanks to improved fiber alignment.
In addition to the monthly calendar and grid notebook, the planner includes useful tools such as an annual calendar and an annual index, making it a reliable companion for planning, creativity, and organization.
