Luisa Abram Dark Chocolate with Cupuacu

This 70% chocolate originating from the Tocantins River comes to life with the acidity of crystallized cupuaçu. The orange and lemon notes of the cocoa are subtly complemented by the cupuaçu pieces as if they were made for each other. Mouthwatering and smooth, this bar is simply necessary.

Cupuaçu, like cocoa, is a species of Theobroma and can be found in abundance in the Amazon Rainforest. The sweet scent of its ripe fruit spreads throughout the forest, attracting many animals and insects.

Further Reading:  Luisa Abram's chocolate is made with wild cocoa, extracted from centuries-old trees in the birthplace of its creation, the Amazon rainforest. Its creation seeks to highlight the flavor profile of each river where the cocoa was harvested, imprinting a personality related to the location and harvest in each bar. They preserve the flavor of wild cocoa by adding few ingredients that might otherwise camouflage its true taste.
