Jack Rudy Cocktail Co's Elderflower Tonic is an updated tonic formula with more body and a bold finish that pairs well with a number of richer spirits like tequila, bourbon and rum, while still acting as a classic companion to the finer gins of the world. Organic dried elderflowers were added to their original recipe, and the amount of quinine was increased to bring balance to the final product.

In a shaker tin with ice combine:
1.5 ounces Bourbon
.50 ounces Jack Rudy Elderflower Tonic
.50 ounces Giffard Pamplemousse Pink Grapefruit Liquer
Shake and strain into into rocks glass with one large piece of ice.
Garnish with a Jack Rudy Bourbon Cherry.
