A generously-sized blanket scarf made in County Donegal, Ireland, from warm and cozy merino lambswool. Softer than sheep's wool, merino can be worn by people who are normally sensitive to wool. The large size means it's wearable as a scarf, but can double as a wrap when the situation calls for it. This "Basswood Smoke Stripe" features large stripes of charcoal and fawn with soft blue accent stripes.
Materials: 100% Merino Lambswool
Made by: McNutt of Donegal
Made in: Downings, County Donegal, Ireland
Specifications: approx. 90" x 27"
Care: We recommend dry cleaning. However, pure wool and lambswool can be hand washed or machine washed on a delicate setting with cool water and reshaped after washing. Do not tumble dry.
Further Reading: Drawing inspiration from the landscape of County Donegal, Ireland, McNutt has been weaving blankets and scarves from the finest wool since 1953.
