Golden Pumpkin –A warming blend of roasted pumpkin and pineapple balanced with habanero and ghost pepper heat. Mild heat.

40 Shades of Green Chilli –A mild, fruit-forward verde sauce combining jalapeño, serrano, Anaheim, and poblano peppers. Medium heat. 

Brian Boru's Curry –A curry-inspired sauce with fermented turmeric, lemongrass, ginger, sungold tomatoes, and heat from scotch bonnet and Hungarian wax peppers. Medium-hot heat. 

Mill City Red –A tangy, fermented sauce made with locally grown cayenne, Fresno, red habanero, plus carrots and beets for natural sweetness. Hot heat.
