40 Shades of Green Chilli –A mild, fruit-forward verde sauce combining jalapeño, serrano, Anaheim, and poblano peppers. Medium heat.
Brian Boru's Curry –A curry-inspired sauce with fermented turmeric, lemongrass, ginger, sungold tomatoes, and heat from scotch bonnet and Hungarian wax peppers. Medium-hot heat.
