Directions: Mix 1 oz. mixer with 1-3 oz. Spirit. Add ice and shake or stir. Garnish and top with carbonated water (if desired).

1 oz. Gin
5 oz. Champagne
In a champagne flute or coupe, combine mixer and gin and stir gently. Top up with champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
