• Somerville's Hot Dates Kitchen makes dark chocolate-coated Medjool dates filled with spiced sunflower butter and sprinkled with sea salt.
• Effie's Homemade oatcakes are made with a fourth generation family recipe, crisp and buttery with layers of toasted oats and a hint of salt.
• Just walk down Highland Ave in Somerville and you can smell Q's Nuts sweet maple-infused nuts roasting.
• The same could be said about walking down Windsor Street in Somerville. Taza Chocolate is a Boston staple that we couldn't leave out.
• This wouldn't be a local love box without one of our very favorite local makers, McCrea's Caramels. We've included a classic pillow box of these tasty caramels.
• A little farther north of Boston, April's Maple harvests premium maple sap from their 800 acres to make the finest Pure Vermont Maple Syrup. 
• To make our collection complete, we've included a honey bear from Shelburne Honey Company, located just west of Boston.
