Blackwing Volume 192 Pencils

John Lennon and Paul McCartney collaborated to write some of the most enduring lyrics of all time. Their songs are ubiquitous, appealing to young and old, from generation to generation. Together, they have influenced the craft of songwriting in immeasurable ways.

As songwriters, Lennon and McCartney complimented each other expertly. Paul’s lyrics often evoked brightness and joy, while John’s supplied a more melancholy spirit. The result is a catalog of authentic songs that touch on a wide spectrum of the human experience.

Blackwing 192 is a tribute to Lennon and McCartney and the estimated 192 songs they wrote together. The color prism design depicts the convergence of two powerful creative forces. A different Lennon-McCartney lyric is foil stamped on each pencil, for a total of twelve different lyrics in the set. Includes extra-firm graphite.
